FAQ

Frequently Asked Question

You should be fit but no need to be a pro athlete. Yet, the better your fitness level, the more you get out of the riding experience.

We offer routes for different skill levels.

And we make sure that we challenge you the right way. In order to offer you an adequate level of routes, please tell us more about your level of proficiency. This should not be your first days riding, but you don’t need to be a pro.

Easy.
We pick you up at the airport if you want or we hire you a car. Our destinations in Austria are easily reachable from e.g. the Munich Airport. You only have to take care of your flight, visa & Covid requirements, we’ll take care of the rest. If you have any questions just contact us.

Yes, certainly.

Usually our group consists of 4 people plus a certified local ski guide. We might jot in a tail-guide to make sure that nobody gets left behind, depending on the groups strength and the complexity of the runs. 4 people isn’t a hard limit, ping us if you want a larger group.

If you want to book an individual trip, contact us and we plan it.

Yes, we have!

Please inform us about your dietary requirements and preferences at your booking and we will do everything possible to accommodate your requirements.

Of course.
All our adventures are for ski and snowboard. Depending on what we have on the agenda, you might need a split, snowshoes, or further gear – we’ll help to get what’s needed (-> see below).

Yes, we can provide equipment.
Let us know when you book your trip and we will make sure you get the best equipment for your ride. If you have any preferences, please let us know as well.

It is up to you.

We love the snow and we could spend every day in the majestic white. We offer trips from 3  to 7 days. The first day is always arrival and we then start fresh and energized the following day. Everything below 3 days therefore makes little sense, more is always possible.

You need to have travel insurance when riding with us. We can suggest a legit insurance  if you want.

Or, if you prefer to look for your own: look for travel insurances that cover off piste skiing/snowboarding (often called “extreme activities”) and check that it includes the relevant destination. Some insurances are confined to (or exclude) certain areas.
You need to present a valid insurance waiver before riding powder with us. But as said, we are here to help.
